OSBORNE, Fannie Sodomka

Mrs. Fannie Osborne, age 88, a resident of Covington for the past six months, a former resident of Racine, Wis., and mother of Mrs. Ward S. (Penny) Williams of Covington, died at 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 6, at the Rudisill Nursing Home, Covington. She had been a patient at the nursing home six months. She had been ill since July 10 and seriously ill one month. Mrs. Osborne was born March 15, 1878 in Czechoslovakia, the daughter of Frank and Anna Sodomka. She was married in 1901 to John H. Osborne, who preceded her in death Sept. 23, 1954. She was a member of the Immanuel Episcopalian Church in Racine. Surviving, in addition to the daughter in Covington, are; one brother, Joseph Sodomka of Racine, Wis. three grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, five sisters and two brothers. The body was taken from the Hegg Funeral Home in Covington to Racine where funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 8, at Mound Chapel. Father Howard Baker officiated and burial was in Mound Cemetery there.   --typed by Walt W
